Zoological Garden

Year
2014

The zoological garden in Paris acts as a refuge from the hustle and bustle of city live to dip into a unique experience of various ecological habitats. It was a wish of the Museum to become a privileged place of worldwide biodiversity. A playful spot for sensitizing what is at stake within our environment.

The scenography of the vivaria provides a fresh look onto biodiversity and shall provoke a profound sensitization of the visitor for the protection of amphibians, reptiles and their habitat.

The closeness to the animals appeals to the public emotionally and thus sensitizes for the preservation of the biodiversity. The visitor almost can touch the chameleons, the iguanas and the turtles…

Every habitat of the guiding path is split into sequences to provide a better focus on every single landscape on display.
